The LUX* Les Résidences Estate
The Place to Be in the South of France
LUX* Les Résidences is far more than just a collection of apartments and villas. It is a destination in its own right with fragrant gardens and pathways, swimming pools and shady corners, and the ultimate in luxury – space.
With a central village square plus a five star hotel and spa, all surrounded by vineyards and the world’s most famous oyster beds – this is a place to truly life live.
Overlooking the Thau basin, the vineyard estate of LUX* Les Résidences extends across 6.2 hectares of prime seafront land – with the gradual slope ensuring that owners share in the breathtaking panoramic views of the Étang de Thau lagoon and oyster tables beyond. Take in lush gardens, sample local vineyards and experience the real south of France – all without ever leaving home.
LUX* Les Résidences
A five star hotel by LUX* Resorts & Hotels is the crowning glory of the resort, and marks the first foray for this global brand into France. With an inspirational line-up of bars and restaurants, and an extensive spa inspired by principles of integrated wellness, the hotel will set a new benchmark in hospitality for the region and welcomes owners from sunrise until late into the night.
With a fountain as its centre, the village square is a place to convene or retreat, play a round of pétanque or just watch the world go by. Dine or shop in a traditional French market town setting with the freshest local fare from seasonal fruits, meats, cheeses and of course – wine and oysters. Or simply enjoy a coffee and freshly baked croissant with the morning papers.
Vineyards and Oysters
In a region famous for its wine, 20 hectares of rolling vineyards neighbour the LUX* Les Résidences estate – and with a further hectare placed directly in front of the resort, this is truly a seafront vineyard estate. Owners will enjoy cases from each harvest, invitations to tastings and masterclasses. 90% of oysters farmed in the Mediterranean are sourced right here, and are renowned as the best in France. Add them together and you have a recipe for unadulterated pleasure.
Car Free Zone
To preserve the peace and tranquility of the resort, an underground car park will ‘hide’ all vehicles - with each property benefitting from a least one dedicated parking space. Our estate management concierge is also on hand to supply an open-top electric vehicle to provide fun and freedom for your day's exploration of the region and its myriad of towns and villages.
